Happy Wednesday rings in the festive season with an enchanting Winter Wonderland

This December, Happy Wednesday is bringing an extra dose of high-octane energy to Hong Kong’s nightlife with a series of fun, festive-themed events.

Every Happy Valley night race between December 13 to January 10, the Happy Valley Racecourse will be transformed into the city’s ultimate destination for holiday magic and festive fun.

Happy Wednesday will play host to a captivating Winter Wonderland that is sure to ignite the holiday spirit. Christmas decorations, delectable delicacies and enchanting experiences are sure to spread the joy this holiday season.

Guests will be transported into a realm of wonder and delight as soon as they step through the gates. The racecourse will come alive with the twinkle of Christmas lights and yuletide decorations that are sure to add plenty of festive sparkle. The magic continues with immersive experiences and eye-catching installations that evoke a fairy-tale winter destination complete with snow globes and dazzling Christmas trees. An alpine-inspired apres-ski chalet completes this enchanting scene.

The holiday revelry continues with an exciting programme of entertainment that is sure to keep guests merry and bright each week. One of the major highlights includes a highly anticipated performance by international singing sensation, Rechelle, who will bring us an energising performance including rousing holiday favourites and nostalgic tunes.

In addition to live music, expect an exciting lineup of performers and entertainers that will help recreate the magic of the most wonderful time of the year. Snow ballerinas, inspired by the iconic Christmas ballet, The Nutcracker, will be dotted throughout the venue while Popping Nutcrackers, will add a cool vibe to the celebrations with their unique fusion of hip hop and modern dance.

Sugarplum fairies and roving “Santa’s Helpers” on skates will also captivate guests while handing out sweet treats such as candy canes, and other gifts and goodies.

‘Tis the season for indulging, regardless of whether you’ve been naughty or nice. No Happy Wednesday is complete without delicious treats. Comforting holiday favourites will be available at iconic food truck including gingerbread, eggnog, mulled wine and mince pies to warm the heart and spirit.
